"My Little Jesus" and "I Love Thee" are the phrases inscribed on either side of an image of the Infant.  The sterling silver medal is approx. 7/8" in diameter and the stainless steel chain is 18" long.  The Infant Jesus of Prague is the Paton of children and schools.
